While this is a whole lot of tulle, we have to applaud Moore for really embracing the idea of a big, traditional ball gown. If there is one night of the year to get away with a dress like this, then the Winter Wonderland Ball is it. We like that she opted to wear her hair down, counterbalancing the statement gown.
