Sienna Miller went for a very feminine look at last night's Vanity Fair party. In order to balance out the girlish tone of the short, A-line dress, Miller opted to forgo the feminine hues, choosing all-black instead. She used the red accent of her ladylike bag to add a splash of color to the overall look.
