Keith Lissner presented his fall/winter collection to a packed house last night at CECO Studios on West 14th Street - just a couple doors down from an impromptu vigil held outside Alexander McQueen's New York flagship.

In the center of the studio stood a dining room table laden with flowers, china, and all the trappings of a Belle Epoque dinner party, and models stood behind their chairs, slowly sauntering around the room, taking stock of their "guests", the viewers. It was a surreal and spooky scene for such a sumptious collection, and as I said to designer Keith Lissner, "set the bar very high for the rest of the week." While the mood outside was somber due to McQueen's untimely and shocking death, inside one could not help but be swept up in Lissner's glamour. Seen at the show was Annabel Vartanian...with a camera crew! Is she newest socialite to pick up the reality TV mantle?
