Tell me about the inspiration behind the designs; it’s hyped up from last season. It’s a grown up Georgine.
I wanted to have fun with the collection – I started last season with the '70s vibe, and I love that. I’m also like a girly girl, I like to dress up and put on makeup and put on high heels. It’s more glam rock, a bit of a darker edge. I was inspired by the Weimar Republic in Berlin in the '20s and '30s, and I also looked at British designers like Ossie Clark and Biba in the '60s and I kind of took all of that into account and made it into my own, and art deco prints always somehow make their way into the collection.
