Everyone knows that the best time to leave a party is at its peak (or, if you're really having a good time, a little bit after that). You don't want to be one of those desperado people sticking around long after they stop serving drinks. Also, funneling out with everyone else at the end pretty much guarantees a massive Uber surge and/or a struggle to find a cab.
