Trick: For My Shadow Self
What we love about Mally is she is a true girl's girl. When we asked her about what emotion her own makeup was inspired by, she gave us a trick of her own:
My secret is instead of taking just a dark, heavy eye shadow and slapping it on, I will always take a shadow stick in a lighter color and use that all over my eyelid first. Then I trick it! I take a dark blue eye shadow that has a rose gold shimmer to it, and place that over the shadow stick. What happens is it is not so solid and dark; the light comes through and it makes it look a bit softer.
