We've actually never been to Rose Bar without running into a random rock star, rock star's son, socialite, or literal horde of models. The glam lounge inside the Gramercy Park Hotel boasts plenty of dark corners for celebs to sip cocktails unnoticed, so make sure to scan the room - hard. FYI, it'll also be fashion bash central this week.
