HarbisonBrooklyn-based designer Charles Harbison founded HARBISON in 2013 after stints at Michael Kors, Luca Luca, and Billy Reid. Hopefully, we'll see a new twist on his louche, silky draping and Haider Ackermann-esque richly saturated colors this season.
