As far as I am concerned this was never a trend. However, I have seen more chicks walking around in heels and bathing suits this summer than any eye should have to bear. I remember the first time I witnessed this "look", back in 2000 when Jessica Simpson was filming Newlyweds, but she was also wearing heels with Juice sweatsuits so I didn't exactly take her fashion choice too seriously. Wearing heels with a bathing-suit is a great way to let everybody know you can really work the pole.
