It's September in New York, which means the art world has returned from its summer siesta, paint brush and pinot grigio (or PBR) in hand. It will be hard to walk through the city without stumbling into an opening reception, but fortunately, the LES has organized a fashionable tour of many of the neighborhood galleries. Some of our favorite happenings include Eddie Martinez at Half Gallery, Bill Saylor at the Bowery Hotel Basement Annex, and the LIC Arts Open.
