Because what better way could there be to spend an evening than with book chat, gossip and sips?

Join Guest of a Guest's Christie Grimm and Top Shelf Book Consulting's Mackenzie Newcomb for our exciting new series. Each month we host a gaggle of our coolest friends (that obviously includes you) at our annoyingly charming West Village townhouse for what's basically the most fun cocktail party where everybody just happened to read the same book. We'll dish on which characters we loved / hated, the latest stories circling around town, TV shows we're obsessed with, trendy restaurants we were so not impressed by - you know, important things!

For our Monday, July 17th event, we'll be reading A Perfect Vintage by Chelsea Fagan.

I'm not going to totally spoil it, but it's got everything that you want to read in a summer book. A chic, independent lead character, a luxurious, wanderlust-inducing setting in the Loire Valley, a forbidden love interest, rich people fighting over their inheritance - just trust me, you'll love it.

Because we're not like other book clubs, the dress code is Cocktail Chic. 

And obviously this should go without saying, but the chicer the better!
