Tech-savvy partygoers joined Lauren Leto at the Tribeca Grand Hotel for a party called "Wit" hosted by her new website, Bnter.com. Guests proved what we've been saying: techies are glamorous too; check out the photographic evidence.
Leto, well known as half of the duo that started Texts From Last Night, launched Bnter (pronounced Banter) to archive artful and entertaining text messages and share them with friends. Bnter allows users to post their favorite texts, and people can follow and comment on each other's posts.
Guests lounged and conversed, in style of course.
These gentlemen combined business and fun.
Swanky DJs mixed music well into the night and had a little outside help.

According to Gatecrasher, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey spent the evening showing a off "212" cell phone number he bought on eBay. "The old-school area code is a status symbol of sorts: It makes its bearer look savvy and established, and fellow geeky guys like foursquare's Dennis Crowley have been quoted admiring Dorsey's digits. But partygoers with less esoteric tastes may have been more interested in his other charms — he was inviting people to come party in his hotel room." Anyone go? How was it? Let us know!!!
