The Valerie Fund, a non profit group that supports children with cancer and blood disorders, threw their annual gala event in the spirit of Mardi Gras. With the purchase of an $80 ticket, guests were accommodated to an open bar and given masks, beads, and boas to compliment their cocktail attire.
Catering was provided by West Village trattoria spots, Dell'Anima and L'Artusi.
Miles away from New Orleans's Bourbon St. Mardi Gras celebration, the Valerie Fund Gala was held at the Broad Street Ballroom on Saturday March 3rd.
