Second Time Around is an upscale consignment shop that carries new and almost new designer clothes at affordable prices, with this event focusing on eco-friendly fashion. Paper bag dress anyone? Because of the growing urgency to our environment, fashion designers have been implementing eco-conscious methods of clothing production in their work.
