The Real Deal hosted an open house at the Avenues: The World School in Chelsea on Tuesday night. More than 30 of the top real estate brokers in New York City took a private tour of the 215,000-square-foot facility that opened last year. Avenues program directors spoke with brokers over cocktails and a dinner reception. Brokers were encouraged to brush up on Avenues’ offerings to better guide families weighing education and living options in the city.
