Yes, it was attended by the likes of Mary-Kate Olsen, SJP, Naomi Campbell, and just about anyone who was anyone who was invited to the Met Gala that year, but the Top of the Standard's official unofficial after-party will go down in history not because of what happened high above the Meatpacking District, but because of what went down in its now-infamous elevator. Yep, 'twas the Knowles-Carter brawl heard 'round the world, the occasion when Solange attacked Jay-Z, likely for the incident which inspired Lemonade a few years later.
