Macchu Pisco

There were 70 restaurants participating in the Taste of the Nation, but one of the best discoveries was
Macchu Pisco, a Peruvian grape-based white spirit. It is distilled in copper pot stills according to ancestral methods. At the table they served up a crisp pink cocktail with a dash of lemon. Unfortunately, there is no location to go to grab another glass, but one sip will inspire you to check each menu twice for a Macchu Pisco cocktail.
