Of course, the talk of the West Village, The Marrow, was at Taste of the Nation. The Italian and German-fused menu knows how to pickle a vegetable and make seafood melt in your mouth. Last night was no exception. Harold Dieterle's stand stood out for having the most beautiful presentation with colorful seashells cradling Taylor Bay Scallops, which are not currently on the menu.
