Last Wednesday evening, an exciting group of NYC's most well-known real estate executives flocked to One High Line, Witkoff Group & Access Industries new luxury condominium project in West Chelsea designed by Danish architecture studio Bjarke Ingels, to unveil site-specific artwork by Wyatt Kahn and Alma Allen. With closings now underway, construction at One High Line is wrapping up and residents can view and enjoy the exclusive museum quality art as they use the lobby.
Cocktails in hand, guests explored the lobby's new artsy offerings, not to mention the soirée's tuna tartare bar, while listening to remarks by Witkoff co-CEO Alex Witkoff, Alex Gartenfeld and artist Wyatt Kahn.
Noteworthy attendees included executives from Corcoran Sunshine including Kelly Mack, President of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Steven Gold, Deborah Kern, Richard Hicks and Isabelle Hull-Fossas from the One High Line sales team were also in attendance, as were Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes, Noble Black, Kane Manera, Kyle Blackmon, Dana Power and Janet Wang.
