Last night guests came out to the MoMA to celebrate the openings for both Ecstatic Alphabets/Heaps of Language and Taryn Simon: A Living Man Declared Dead and Other Chapters I-XVIII.
Guests, which included Tina Barney, Noah Baumbach, Patricia Phelps de Cisneros, Paula Cooper, Blythe Danner, Bruce Davidson, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Larry Gagosian, RoseLee Goldberg, Paul Graham, Laura Hoptman, Jutta Koether, Marie-Josée and Henry Kravis, Liz Magic Laser, Peter MacGill, Roxana Marcoci, Diana Picasso, Dorothea Rockburne, Salman Rushdie, Taryn Simon, Jake Paltrow, Steven Spielberg, Ben Stiller, Michael Stipe, and Lawrence Weiner, sipped on cocktails and enjoyed the art, and the indoor and outdoor spaces of the MoMA.
