Last night, he Fututecture: Five Leading Architects held a power panel at the Mohawk Showroom for architecture students and aficionados alike.

The panel included James S. Russell, Dan Kaplan, Mustafa A. Abadan, Jill Lerner, Todd Schliemann, Scott Johnson. Each have had long careers in the industry, and now hold important positions with their respective companies.
The panel answered questions that had been submitted online before the event, and guests were allowed to ask their own additional questions. The focus of the discussion was what the opportunities, challenges, and trends are for the architecture industry.
Guests enjoyed bottles of Abita beer, and the chance to experiment with iPads.
The event was hosted by IDNY, a social network and common interest group for architecture and design.
