Everything you consume should resonate with you energetically. I am very cognizant of energy. The food I had catered, Magic Mix Juicery, was designed and prepared by a woman because I wanted a woman’s energy for something I was putting into my body. Alcohol, was purposefully not served because it would alter someone’s perception, giving the allusion that this energetic sensation has to have alcohol which is a depleting energy to harness it. Instead, I had Pure Green Juices and Health Ade Kombucha, which nourish the body with enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics. Half way through the meditation Sex Dust chocolates by Moon Juice were served containing adaptogens which help harness this sexual energy like maca, cacao, shatavari, and Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed) Leaf Extract.
