Daily Style Phile: Colorful And Creative

Judging from this photo (snapped earlier today on Broadway and Prince) you might be led to believe that the hot new accessories are baby strollers and neon blue socks. And while I can't say that those socks are Tim Gunn-approved, I have to applaud the woman on the right for rocking her individualistic style. I'm a fan of her punky pink hair but a bigger fan of her colorful, splatter paint-esque belted frock: it's a great new twist on the basic black dress and reminds me a little of an artist's smock. Now, if she'd only lose those knee-high socks...
