Cinema Society along with Ivanka Trump Jewelry and Diane Von Furstenberg hosted a screening for director Wayne Wang's Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, produced by Wendi Murdoch. Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Anna Wintour, Sir Ben Kingsley, and more came out to the screening at Tribeca Grand, followed by an after party at DVF's studio.
This is the first English-language film for many members of a primarily Chinese cast that stars Li Bingbing. Apparently Hugh Jackman appears somewhere in the movie as well, at least according to IMDb.
