It all started at this year's Billboard Music Awards held on Sunday. While the ceremony revolves around, well, musicians, Cara ended up stealing the show due to her erratic shenanigans surrounding Megan Thee Stallion. Her behavior began on the red carpet, where she popped out from behind the step-and-repeat in what has now become a meme-able moment.
She then took it upon herself to crash Megan's spotlight and start playing with her dress for the cameras. While it seemed like they could have just been having a friendly, playful interaction, fans pointed out that Megan looked visibly annoyed.
