Lunch today was sandwiches Grilled Swiss snd sharp cheddar on "authentic French sliced brioche " available locally .toast the grilled cheese on buttered brioche over slow flame I cast iron skillet For the BLT cut the bacon slices into 2" pieces - the way @snoopdogg does Makes it easier to use the bacon on sandwiches. I used my homemade sour dough , greenhouse tomatoes and lettuce and @d’artagnan bacon
