Really not what we'd expect from the Material Girl herself, but alas. Madonna's bad tipping etiquette is world-renowned. She and her ex Guy Ritchie once left an $18 tip on a $400 meal in London (a whopping 4.5%), and at New York's Babbo, she didn't tip at all.
