It's no secret that Lil' Kim likes her plastic. Though she hasn't admitted it, experts and those with eyeballs tend to think she has undergone rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, a brow lift and possible cheek implants. From the looks of things at Friday night's concert at Quo, she may have gone under the knife again.

Aside from her face, the concert went off without a hitch. She performed her song about Niki Minaj, "Black Friday," to a crowd of men who were reportedly "hooking up" on the dance floor. Nothing says romance like "Magic Stick."
