With its colorful downtown cool scene, Ian Schrager's PUBLIC Hotel is definitely a bit more democratic when it comes to hosting guests, meaning it's not as exclusive a spot as Elon is used to. You might not spot him popping bottles on the rooftop amid NYU students and LES fashionistas on a regular night, but he did step out there for his alien and crypto-themed Saturday Night Live after-party with Miley Cyrus last year. Obviously, that guest list was a little tighter.
