Burning Man 2019: Celebrities & Supermodels Go Wild On The Playa

I think my smile says it all... I had the most incredible adventure this week at Burning Man. It was filled with fun, laughter, joy, amazing hair (thanks to @katrina.chadderton), tears, and immense growth. A few thoughts as I reflect upon my week... While speaking to a friend yesterday morning as i was leaving this glorious place, it was noted that great growth happens when we place ourselves outside, or even on the edge of our comfort zone. It is there that we discover who we truly are, there that we find our truth. As I write this, I am reminded of a quote that I go back to time and time again, "circumstances don't make a woman/ man, they reveal them." Immersing oneself in circumstances that cause us to grow, giving us that sense of freedom, a sense of self, that is where I choose to live, always. In a place that causes me to be better, kinder, more compassionate, more expressed, more myself with each day. It is proven that when we grow and expand ourselves, we are less likely to fall into depression, which is often due to stagnation. You don't need to go to Burning Man or even leave the house in order to feel this sense of expansion and growth. All you need is to simply take a small step. One small step, whether physically, emotionally or logically, in order to create change. Challenge yourself, for what doesn't challenge you, doesn't change you. I hope this inspires you today in some capacity ❤️
