This underground, speakeasy-style bookstore is run out of an undisclosed Upper East Side apartment by long time book seller and collector Michael Seidenberg. A gallery of literary thought, with every inch of the residential space stacked with paperbacks, editors and writers have turned the haven into a salon of sorts, a place for discussion and thought. Due to its unofficial status, the shop may soon be shut down - so be sure to visit and show your support.
