Miley and her mom Tish (sans Billy Ray or Brett Michaels) joined Miley's movie-mom Demi Moore and her real-life daughter, Rumer, for an 18th b-day bash at L.A. club Trousdale. Enjoy some leather, legality and cupcakes.
