With the summer season in full swing, Argentine artist Tomas Saraceno has created an exhibit for the Metropolitan Museum's spectacular Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Roof Garden.
Built with transparent and reflective materials, the exhibit is interactive, and visitors are able to walk through the dome-like structures.
Saraceno's "Cloud City" is an extension of his previous work, which, according to the MET's website includes:
"constructing habitable networks based upon complex geometries and interconnectivity that merge art, architecture, and science."
Because the number of visitors that can enter the structures at one time is limited, the MET has outlined guidelines, which can be read HERE.
