Dia:Beacon Spring Benefit 2012
Dia:Beacon is the home for Dia Art Foundation’s renowned collection of art from the 1960s to the present, featuring work by a focused group of artists including Dan Flavin, Donald Judd, On Kawara, Sol LeWitt, Agnes Martin, Robert Ryman, Richard Serra, Robert Smithson and Lawrence Weiner. Major installations of works by these artists will be on view, as will the special exhibition Opus + One by Jean-Luc Moulène.
At the Benefit, Dia will honor John Chamberlain with special remarks by fellow artist and long-time friend, Lawrence Weiner. Dia also proudly presents a special performance of works by choreographer Yvonne Rainer.
