Martin Kippenberger, Raft of the Medusa
The work of prolific painter Martin Kippenberger will be presented in collaboration with his Estate at Skarstedt Gallery. The comprehensive exhibition celebrates the late artist's Raft of the Medusa series, inspired by Theodore Géricault’s 1819 Le Radeau de la Méduse, as well as Kippenberger's own struggles accepting artistic traditions.
