10. Austin City Limits announces the weekend's headliners. The festival has announced that the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, the Black Keys and Jack White will be performing October 12th-14th at Zilker Park in Austin. The festival will also feature Weezer, Florence and the Machine, the Avett Brothers, Gotye, Iggy and the Stooges, the Roots, Avicii, the Shins, the Civil Wars, Gary Clark Jr., M83, Steve Earle, the Old 97's, Tegan and Sara, Andrew Bird, A-Trak, the Afghan Whigs, Rufus Wainwright, Big K.R.I.T., Tennis, Black Lips, Kimbra, Alabama Shakes and Bassnectar. Tickets for the general public will go on sale tomorrow at 10 AM. [
