Perched atop Tiffany's, looking out over Worth Avenue's stretch of luxurious shops, sits a 13,000-square-foot penthouse. The world's only private residence to be housed in a Tiffany building, the six-bedroom pad features a roof deck, pool, putting green and more.
Originally on the market for $24 million, the home just sold for $18 million. Still, not exactly a steal considering the place will need around $5 million put into it to finish construction.
Still, pretty special though, no?
