The third member of their influencer crew is rumored to be none other than Something Navy's Arielle Charnas, who you may remember from her controversial COVID saga of the last year. She and Candice are apparently cousins, and, along with Ivanka, have so far been the only residents of the luxe new Miami building. According to writer Sophie Ross, the go-to for everything Arielle tea, it was only a matter of time before the neighbors became besties. On Twitter, Sophie shared a message from an anonymous source confirming their friendship, adding that all three women were enrolling their young children in the same $900-a-day schooling.
