We better get used to this because it's going to happen to most of our local ganja facilities if it hasn't already. KUSH Clubhouse, the blue beach bungalow with the white picket fence on Venice boardwalk, has closed after only a year-long occupancy on the sandy path of wonders.
During its time on the boardwalk, KUSH housed a doctor and hash bar where patients could fill their prescriptions. The vacant building now sits cold and barren with "For Lease" signs on its walls, a result of the new ordinance which has ordered the closure of over 400 dispensaries of the medicinal sticky green. Talk about a buzzkill...
