Sugarfish
If you've ever had any of sushi nazi master Nozawa's popular "Trust Me" omakase meals, then you've probably had the famous Blue Crab Roll, served as a hand roll for those who dine in and cut roll for take-out orders. Super fresh cold crab meat is mixed with light mayo and wrapped up in warm rice and seaweed with the signature Sugarfish touch.
