This week, team GofG L.A. threw it's first pop-up party at our favorite Hollywood bar in a strip mall. You know, the one sandwiched by a mini-mart and kabob shop on La Brea. With tunes by one third of the DJ ensemble iSHOWMYSELF's Nick Foster a.k.a. Pika, the low key atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed gathering at The Woods on a Monday.
We know how hard it is to mobilize this town to come out at night when it rains (or if it rained earlier in the day...), but our dearest friends and readers braved the damp streets and misty air to come take part in our inaugural pop-up party. The night was a great first taste of what's to come from with future pop-ups so be sure come to the next one if you couldn't make it this week. Thank to The Woods, Pika, and all who came out for a drink or three with us. We'll see you next time!
