Why It's Rainy Day-Worthy: When it opened in August, The Bungalow quickly became recognized as the ideal beachy, sea-side hang out that L.A. had been missing, with its Nantucket-meets-Baja vibes and layout designed very much like a house. But it's also proven to be just as appealing a destination in L.A.'s colder months; the patio of fire pits, lounge chairs and couches is tented to keep patrons toasty. There's also plenty of space on the couches and corner seats by the fireplaces in the rustic dens and living rooms inside. Sip on your drink of choice on a rainy night as you thaw out near the fire while resident DJs keep the motown and classic rock flowing.
