Do you have any tips for surviving isolation with a significant other without driving each other crazy? Any fun date night ideas?

We have tried our best to make things exciting and special with date nights and activities. We keep it simple, we like to order something from our favorite restaurant (usually sushi) and watching a movie or a show. We also try to be conscious of being on our phones at night, so that after work we aren’t staring at our screens and ignoring each other. We also love going on bike rides!

I haven’t posted to Instagram since the virus first escalated to a point of alarm in Los Angeles. I’ve taken time to pause, to reflect, to cry, to question, (to TikTok lol), to sit with everything. I hope to use my platform here to connect, TRULY connect with people, answer messages, support businesses I love, spread love and kindness (not panic), raise awareness, and do my best to share uplifting, informative and accessible content. My heart goes out to everyone around the world right now who feels scared, defenseless, is without an income or a comfortable home... or who doesn’t like their roommate. This too shall pass 🤍 This video is from an impromptu dance party in our messy living room this morning @zackkalter #stayhome
