Stand Up Paddle Yoga
For those of you who have SUP experience, test your limits with SUP yoga, which usually includes a 20-minute warm up paddle, a series of traditional yoga poses atop the board, then a 20-minute cool down paddle. One local option is Poseidon's SUP Yoga with Alex Westmore by appointment only (SUP rental is $29 and the water yoga class is $19). [Photos via, via]
