The untimely death of Yauch, the beloved Beastie who lost his battle with a rare cancer on Friday, was a terrible loss felt by the entertainment industry and fans alike. It's probably fair to say no one wanted to be the guy who was supposed to spin the final blowout for Mike D's awesome project the day after that kind of news. But Diplo handled the suddenly much heavier task like a champ, giving the crowd a proper set to bounce to at the Cinco de Mayo finale in the outdoor MOCA space.
