Steve Aoki Hosts Bunker Hill Magazine's July Release Party

Now that June gloom is finally behind us (hope I didn't jinx it!), it's starting to feel like a true L.A. summer, the best time for evening rooftop parties like last night's Bunker Hill Magazine fete. Hosted by this month's cover boy, Steve Aoki, the bash celebrated the release of the Downtown L.A. publication's July issue atop the Los Angeles Athletic Club.

Surrounded by the lit up skyscrapers of downtown, guests, including Mark "The Cobrasnake" Hunter, Rony Alwin, and man of the hour, Steve Aoki, enjoyed cocktails while lounging in cozy cabanas and showing off some dance moves.  DJ sets by Dim Mak Tuesday fixture, Dan Oh, and Taryn Manning provided the mood music for the night as partiers reveled in the warm summer night air. The night reminded us of how sweet it is to be comfortable outside at night without a jacket, so let's hope it doesn't drop to below a frosty 65° again until fall!
