On Young Guns eve, guests at Sunday night's exclusive preview event were wowed with dishes from 10 of the 15 talented rising stars of the restaurant industry in the Eater Young Guns Class of 2013. Members from this year's Young Guns class who served up their specialties at the event included Hourie Sahakian of L.A.'s Short Cake, Matt Lienhard of Chicago's Grace, Matt Lackey of Nashville's Flyte World Dining and Wine, Jessica Largey of Los Gatos' Manresa, and Jeremy Hoffman of Alexandria, VA's Restaurant Eve, among others.
While sampling the culinary creations of the featured cooking prodigies, attendees enjoyed the beautiful L.A. sunset in LACMA's courtyard and quenched their thirst at an open bar, complete with delicious Bombay Sapphire cocktails. In addition enjoying the delectable creations of the up-and-coming restaurant superstars, the Eater Young Guns preview event further delighted the senses of guests with live music from Yellow Red Sparks.
