In case you've been living under a rock, Friday night we partnered with our friends at Forward Fashion and Freide + Co. for the launch party of Greige Market Pop-Up Shop on its opening night. The large concept space on La Brea was swarming with L.A.'s fashion-minded folk and local characters who mingled and shopped well past the 10pm end time, making the party a swimming success.
We weren't working the registers, but based on what we saw being hauled out on the arms of partiers as they left and the fact that there was a bag shortage a little over an hour after the event began, it's probably safe to say the crowd made out like bandits.
We had a blast chatting up the eclectic collection of guests and browsing the extremely reasonably priced merch. Thanks to all who came out to the Greige Market launch, PIKA aka Nick Foster for providing the tunes, Forward Fashion and Freide + Co. for inviting GofG L.A. to get involved, and Steven Meiers for creating the awesome flyer.
