BH "Real Housewives" & David Arquette (?) Rally For Paris At "The World According To Paris" Premiere

[Photo via] Last night was a family affair as the momentous event in entertainment we've all been waiting for arrived for a select group who attended the premiere of Oxygen's "The World According To Paris" at the Roosevelt's Tropicana. Although the common folk will just have to find something to distract themselves until the series premiere airs on June 1st, Paris Hilton and her kin, plus the cast of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" turned out for the premiere celebration which also doubled as a pop-up museum of plastic surgery.

Paris hammed it up for the cameras flanked by her parents Rick and Kathy Hilton, sister Nicky, and gave some unabashedly staged PDA with boyfriend Cy Waits. Camille Grammer decided to give her cray cray a night off from embarrassing her in public since being that outwardly batshit on a consistent basis is a sport, really, and gets exhausting. But the rest of the "Housewives", Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Taylor Armstrong, Lisa Vanderpump, Adrienne Maloof, and even Faye Resnick turned out for P. Although we missed Camille, the real issue we're struggling with is why David Arquette was there. Why, David, why? Shouldn't he be at a meeting or something instead of partying with 30-year-olds who can't even muster a decent lie when caught with cocaine? Go home, man. We like you, just give it a rest. Other guests in attendance included Taryn Manning, Evan Ross, Paul Nassif, Kristen Pate, Allison Melnick, Sarah Carroll, Mauricio Umansky, and David Katzenberg.
