We learned from their pre-Grammy indie rock celebration and again Friday night at the headlining act's post-performance fete, that AllSaints knows how to throw one helluva bash. And just like the Grammy event, the night was not complete without a surprise celebration of sorts for Patrick Carney of the Black Keys.

Helping kick off a jam-packed weekend of music-themed events, a crowd of 400 or so gathered at the Jackalope Ranch on Friday night following the Kings of Leon headlining performance for a post-show celebration. Partiers enjoyed the venue's outdoor landscape, bites and cocktails over DJ tunes and a special guest DJ set by Chad Hugo of N.E.R.D. Those in attendance included Kings of Leon members, Kate Bosworth, Alex Skarsgard, Patrick Carney, Dan Auerbach, Kelly Osbourne, Jack Osbourne, Aziz Ansari, Interpol, Local Natives, Philip Lim, Lily Aldridge, Shawn White, Scott Speedman, Sam Bradford, Sky Ferrieira, Brent Bolthouse, Greg Krelenstein, Cory Kennedy and more.

In addition toasting KOL's headliner billing for the fest, the night also boasted a surprise birthday celebration for Black Keys' Patrick Carney. We're sensing a pattern here, because the last AllSaints party we went to also became an impromptu engagement celebration for the rocker who had just proposed to his fiance earlier in the day. This time the rocker was presented with a giant cake and grand "happy birthday" from the crowd.
